Cabin Happenings

Tadi's first trip to the cabin was a huge success. He loved taking the hike through the woods on this trail that follows a rocky mountain stream and eventually comes out to the trout pond visible in the background of the first picture. He was pretty amazed by the little waterfalls along the way and of course, like every other kid in the world, had amazing fun throwing rocks into the water. "Plunk" is his newest favorite word.


Chloe recently picked up how to give "bunny ears" at school....

So as not to be left out, Rachel gave herself some bunny ears too...

I have seen more Broadway shows in my own home since becoming a parent than I ever dreamed of in my pre-mother days. Here are Chloe and Rachel performing their self-choreographed little skit for me, Daddy, and Tadi:

Monday was a day off for all the kids, so we went to the park with some friends. We made a special "slurpee" run afterward to which Tadi (and the rest of us) responded "Yummy!"
